The T3 Bay 5 Dual Boarding works were successfully delivered to enable Qantas rear-door passenger boarding, completing the project within a live airfield environment with minimal impact to ongoing operations. The scope included construction of a compliant dual boarding entryway, alongside the management of ABC submissions and airport authority approvals to meet stringent airside safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Works were carefully planned and executed during restricted night-shift windows (11:30 pm–4:00 am) to align with curfews, access limitations, and operational constraints. Through strong stakeholder coordination and rigorous safety management, security and Qantas operations were maintained without disruption.
