From early concept through to completion, we led the design coordination process in close partnership with Acciona, Transgrid, and VD Design.
Several technical and logistical challenges presented, including after-hours high-impact works, integration of new services into existing base building systems, and restricted site access within an operational facility.
Commissioning of IT and AV systems required extensive coordination with Acciona and Transgrid’s IT and operational teams, navigating complex security protocols, compliance requirements, and staged approvals.
Through proactive programming, disciplined subcontractor management, and transparent stakeholder communication, Borucon successfully delivered the project two weeks ahead of schedule and within budget. The result is a high-quality, technically robust workspace that demonstrates our capability to perform in secure, time-sensitive, and operationally constrained environments.
