Borucon delivered the T1 Ambassadors Lounge within a live international airport environment, maintaining full operational continuity throughout the works. The project comprised a high-end lounge fitout, including premium finishes, complex services coordination, and careful management of interfaces within the terminal. Delivery was achieved under strict access, security, and staging constraints, requiring detailed planning and coordination to control noise, dust, and disruption to passengers and airport operations.

Working closely with Design Native and Sydney Airport stakeholders, the team retained full consultant design responsibility while aligning with SYD Airport’s operational and safety requirements. Robust live-environment controls were implemented to manage operational risk, resulting in a premium, fully compliant lounge delivered to programme within a highly constrained environment.
