Borucon delivered the Bambini Childcare upgrade under an exceptionally tight programme, to ensure it was fully operational for the new year. The scope included internal building works, complex services coordination, and upgrades to external areas. Working closely with design partner Robertson Marks, we resolved site complexities while maintaining full compliance with childcare regulations and design standards.

Despite unforeseen site conditions, our project team proactively managed programme adjustments, subcontractor sequencing, and authority interfaces to keep the works on track. A strong focus on safety and compliance underpinned delivery, with robust child-safe construction practices and regulatory controls implemented throughout. The result was a high-quality, safe, and fully compliant childcare environment.
