The QT Hotel project was delivered in two stages within a fully operational hotel. Works included upgrades to the entry porte cochere, main lobby, restaurants, bars, café, and 295 hotel rooms, including suites, with the objective of elevating both the guest arrival and accommodation experience.

Hospitality venues were reconfigured to include new serveries, open-plan kitchens, and enhanced dining areas featuring timber joinery, feature ceilings, and stone finishes. Hotel rooms were delivered top-down, with each floor handed over defect-free every 10 days. 

The project highlights Borucon’s ability to deliver high-quality hospitality refurbishments while maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations.
