The MLC Campus project comprised an extensive fit-out across 12 office levels, with individual design themes applied to floor plates ranging from 1,500m² to 2,250m². Each level featured distinct lift lobbies and open-plan workspaces, complemented by upgrades to the ground-floor lobby and café to create a cohesive arrival experience.

Works were undertaken one floor at a time within a live environment, requiring protection of heritage elements dating back to the original 1957 building. Complex service integrations were completed predominantly out of hours to minimise disruption. The project demonstrates Borucon’s experience delivering large-scale, multi-level fit-outs within operational buildings while preserving architectural heritage.
