Hustle Cafe
Borucon transformed a redundant basement carpark ramp into a vibrant hospitality destination.
The project required significant structural work, including demolition, installation of a suspended concrete slab, and construction of core-filled blockwork walls to create a functional and compliant footprint within a constrained area. A full commercial-grade kitchen was integrated to support high-volume service within a compact layout.
Working within spatial limitations and complex access conditions, we carefully planned sequencing and logistics to maximise every square metre for efficient food preparation and front-of-house operations. Close collaboration with Dingo Partners ensured all services and design intent were seamlessly coordinated and delivered to specification.
Hustle Café is now a thriving venue in the heart of the CBD, a testament to Borucon’s ability to unlock potential in unconventional spaces - on time and on budget.

“One of Borucon’s standout strengths is their ability to deliver projects on time. Their programme and timeline tracking throughout the construction process is excellent.
When it comes to the final product, Borucon sets a high bar for quality. The finishes are of a first-class standard, and their attention to detail is second to none. This focus on quality comes with reliability and trustworthiness, both of which are crucial attributes for Stazi Group in a construction partner.
Borucon are a construction company that can be trusted to manage projects with efficiency, precision, and professionalism. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. I highly recommend them for any construction project, large or small.”
