This project transformed a commercial property into a modern hub with a striking new main lobby, a three-level sandstone podium façade, upgraded facilities, and a warm-shell fit-out across 20 floors. Key enhancements included new lifts, renovated lobbies, and an upgraded end-of-trip facility.

Extensive planning minimised disruption, as structural demolition occurred near a heritage building and hotels, with noise and vibration monitoring over the Town Hall Station train line. Executed in six phases, the project emphasized collaboration, ensuring functionality and appeal.
