This project involved the construction of a 12-story commercial tower with 25,000m2 of workspace for 1,800 NSW Department of Education (DOE) employees. The building is the first in Parramatta to receive a 6 Star Green Star rating. Key features include a communal roof terrace with a sports court, atriums with curved stairs, travertine-finished lobbies, and end-of-trip facilities.

The team installed flood barriers, a structural green wall, and a heritage drain viewing platform. The interior features curved meeting rooms and world-class AV integration, with a nationwide booking system.
